I am an experienced leader, educator, and agent of change, with a Ph.D. in Leadership from Andrews University and over 25 years of experience in leading Christian schools through significant change and growth. I earned my  B.A. in Christian Thought/Biblical Studies from Liberty University and an M.A. in Christian Counseling from Biblical Theological Seminary. My expertise and abilities are in areas of leadership, administration, teaching, and communication, and I have used these gifts to lead in five different Christian schools, and to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in leadership.  With a degree in Bible / Theology, counseling, and leadership, combined with decades of leadership experience in Christian education, I have been equipped to provide leadership counseling when you are struggling, and leadership wisdom to help you grow. I connect biblical truth and thoughtful wisdom to the practice of leadership. Those are the dots I can connect – Faith. Wisdom. Leadership. – so that I can help people lead their organizations and institutions well.

I have learned that I am unique in the world of leadership in that I have characteristics and traits that some might least associate with leadership. While I might not have the normally idealized leadership attributes, I have other strengths, including a knowledge of God’s Word and the ability to understand and connect ideas. The benefit of this is that I have succeeded well as a leader not because of natural ability, but because of intentional learning, understanding, and practice of leadership principles applied through wisdom, biblical truth, and hard work. It gives me a perspective on leadership that enables me to help almost anyone learn to improve their ability to lead.
